Employment Opportunities
Currently we have around 20-25 positions for truck drivers, 5-6 for swathers, and 2-3 for chopper operators. Of course experience is going to get a person hired although we do train people with experienced backgrounds in ag. machinery operation to suit our needs.
From Europe
First and foremost we want to hire Americans from our own country. We have seen the strict work ethic that comes from some of the European countries and have hired only experienced people to fill positions for us, and have been happy with the results, as well to have made friends with those who have been here and we hope to be able to visit them in their homelands. Usually we use a J1 visa, and have also used H2A visas too but prefer the J1.
